Company Commercial

Our Company Commercial Team provides a comprehensive range of legal services to corporate and commercial clients. In particular we are specialists in areas including acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, partnership/shareholder agreements, e-commerce, commercial agreements and intellectual property. We advise partnerships and companies of all sizes including PLCs, group companies, pension trustees, national companies, sole-traders and business start-ups.

We are fully equipped to deal with all aspects of specialist and general corporate and commercial advice. We employ a team-based and partner-led approach to both corporate and commercial problem-solving and, where necessary, work closely with our commercial property, employment and dispute resolution departments.

As a member firm of the Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other local and national organisations, we are aware of the many concerns that businesses face in the changing national and international commercial frameworks. We can guide our clients through the complexities of relevant EU legislation and advise in plain English on the implications for managers of local and national businesses.

In an increasingly competitive commercial environment, we believe it is essential to forge and strengthen our links within the professional and business communities. We provide our clients with not only legal support, but also access to other professional advisers including, Accountants, Banks, Surveyors and Financial Services Specialists.
