WHY CHOOSE BRAY & BRAY?

There are two things that make the Probate Litigation team at Bray & Bray stand apart from those of other firms and these are based on bringing together a breadth of expertise from a selection of core legal disciplines to form one extremely capable and successful team.

1. A Combination of Specialist Family Law and Litigation Expertise
Our two litigators: Tim Bennett and Chris Monro; come from different core disciplines; one has a matrimonial law background and the other a purely civil litigation background. Both areas of specialist expertise combine to bring a breadth of knowledge and experience and the upper hand in dealing with all aspects of a case so that as a client, you know you will receive the very best advice and have the best chance of a successful outcome to your case. If you are considering using another firm, check the background of the team; if it is purely civil litigation or purely matrimonial, you will not be receiving the same level of expertise as that offered by Bray & Bray.

2. A Wealth of Experience in Trust and Estate Law
The third member of the team is an exceptionally experienced Private Client lawyer who is a member of STEP and Solicitors for the Elderly as well as a Court of Protection Panel Deputy. Bringing expert knowledge of the practice, procedure and standards in Wills, Probate, and Power of Attorney/Court of Protection work, Martin Hill is adept at the negotiations which often lead to settlement of contentious probate claims, and is in a position to provide technical advice on Private Client law to the two litigators.
