Preferred Supplier List
Bray & Bray operates a Preferred Supplier List for all recruitment at each of the firm’s offices, which is reviewed annually. To be considered for the PSL, applications should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and should include the agency’s best recruitment fees for both fee-earners and support staff with clear rebate scales, alongside terms and conditions of business. Please note that due to a high number of applications, agents will only receive a response if we wish to discuss your application further.
Regardless of whether Bray & Bray has worked with an agency that is not on the PSL previously, applications will not be considered if sent in any other way than stated above.
For any speculative CVs sent by any agency to Bray & Bray, regardless of whether any member of staff responds or not, this will not form any type of contract between Bray & Bray and the recruitment agency. Any such CVs will be retained as property of Bray & Bray, alongside the right to pursue and hire speculative candidates without any obligation to pay any third-party agency in line with its terms and conditions, even when these are submitted with the CV.
All agencies wishing to work with Bray & Bray must only ever email email@example.com and must not send CVs directly to any member of staff at Bray & Bray. If CVs are sent to any member of staff, these will also be retained as property of Bray & Bray with no obligation to the recruitment agency’s fees or terms and conditions of business, even if the candidate is later recruited by Bray & Bray.
