Temporary Receptionist vacancy – Leicester

We require reception cover at our Head Office in Leicester for a period of 5 or 6 weeks starting September 24th 2018.

Candidates will need to have experience of working as a receptionist and completing basic administrative tasks.

Dispute Resolution Secretary vacancy – Leicester

We are currently looking for a part-time secretary to work within our Dispute Resolution team 3 days a week at our Leicester head office.

We would ideally like someone with dispute resolution experience.

Legal Secretary – Wills & Probate – Leicester

We are looking to recruit a full-time secretary to work in our busy Wills and Probate department at our Leicester office.

Legal experience would be preferred.

These are just some of the tasks required:

• Typing, digital dictation, writing letters and preparing documents
• Dealing with accounts procedures e.g. billing, payment of cheques and CHAPS
• Dealing with enquiries from clients
• Diary management and making appointments
• General administrative work, faxing, copying, scanning.
