HR Consultant

We’re looking for a self-motivated and confident HR professional to design, develop and implement our new HR/People consultancy service offering. The role provides an exciting opportunity to shape this new service and make a real impact.  You’ll be delivering strategic HR advice and solutions whilst also still being ‘hands’ on, helping our clients with a range of HR needs. The role will be truly diverse and as well as working on a variety of HR projects for clients, you’ll also help us to develop and shape our own internal HR processes. As the HR/People consultancy offering grows, there will be the opportunity to grow and develop a team of HR professionals.

Your experience

You’ll have proven senior generalist HR experience of three years or more, with the ability to deliver strategic HR solutions, whilst also still being ‘hands on’; along with a solid knowledge of employment legislation and it’s application. You’ll also have previous client management experience and the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy. And, it probably goes without saying that you’re super organised, a great communicator and a fantastic leader. Bonus points if you’re CIPD level 5 qualified and have business development experience.
