Call for help following rescue centre fire

Following a fire at Three Counties Dog Rescue in Lincolnshire, which tragically caused 3 rescue dogs to perish due to smoke inhalation; Robin Johnston, Corporate Lawyer at Bray & Bray organised firm-wide donations for the rescue centre.

Together with donations from the staff and customers of No 34 Boutique in Market Harborough, all donations managed to fill the back of a Land Rover Discovery.

Three Counties Dog Rescue is run by a small group of committed volunteers, with the support of Burghley Veterinary Centre in Stamford and other local businesses, and recently re-homed its 6000th dog.  Robin commented: “The fire has been a major blow to this fantastic rescue centre and the morale of the volunteers, but it’s heart-warming to see that people have responded so generously to their call for help.”
