Bray & Bray solicitors continue to strengthen their reputation throughout Leicestershire for high quality legal services for private clients with Natalie Aldrich qualifying as a professional member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
STEP is a worldwide professional association for practitioners in trusts and estate administration, promoting excellence, best practice and professional integrity. Natalie joins other solicitors within Bray & Bray’s wills, trusts and probate department to gain the qualification, increasing her knowledge of areas such as charities and inheritance tax, mental capacity as well as insolvency and executors duties.
Natalie deals with a wide range of private client matters including the preparation of wills, charitable trusts and powers of attorney, issues of capacity and all matters relating to the administration and taxation of trusts and estates. Achieving status as a TEP (Trusts and Estates Practitioner) is the gold standard within the private client area and provides a comprehensive programme for advising clients on often complex legal issues.
On becoming a Trusts and Estates Practitioner, Natalie commented: ‘I’m absolutely delighted to become a full member of STEP. People look for quality and assurance and STEP is the professional standard amongst financial advisors, accountants and my peers. For me the qualification typifies Bray & Bray’s outlook as a progressive law firm, working together for the greater benefit of our clients.’
