Under the Price Transparency Rules issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, all regulated law firms are required to proactively publish information on prices they charge and what these include, across a number of common services below:

• Residential conveyancing (freehold sale or purchase, leasehold sale or purchase, mortgages and remortgages)
• B2B debt recovery up to the value of £100,000
• Probate (uncontested cases with all assets in the UK)
• Employment Tribunal Fees for Businesses (defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal)
• Employment Tribunal Fees for Individuals (claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal)
