Client Interview: Jane Hood

How did you come across Bray & Bray?

My next door neighbour recommended them to me.

What were your first impressions of Ian Johnson, who dealt with your case?

I found Ian to be very helpful and polite, and I felt very at ease with him.

What did Ian do for you?

I had fallen off a chair at work, which someone had brought in from home and so should not have been there.   This caused me a lot of back pain, which is why I went to see a solicitor.  Ian sorted my case out and got me a settlement that I’m happy with.  He also kept me informed all the way through the claim, chasing things up and basically doing everything for me; including arranging for me to have physiotherapy at a private physiotherapy clinic, which I was also very happy with.

Were there any issues that arose along the way and how were they handled?

No serious or worrying issues, no – the process was very smooth from start to finish.  At one point the doctor wanted me to have treatment and we weren’t sure whether the other side would pay for it or not, but Ian sorted it so that they did.

Have you ever used another law firm and if so, how did you find Bray & Bray were different?

I have used one other law firm but found that Bray & Bray were a lot better.  All the way through my case Ian was very informative and I really liked that I stayed with the same solicitor, without having to speak to anyone else and explain things again.  It also helps that with Bray & Bray I had a successful case!

Would you recommend Bray & Bray to a friend or family member?

I’ve already done it.
