Bray & Bray Client David describes how family law solicitor Lisa Mohar helped him to regain contact with his daughter.
Q: What did Lisa do for you throughout the case?
A: She helped me to obtain a contact order, so I was able to see my daughter.
Q: Were there any issues that arose along the way and how were they handled?
A: There were issues involving my ex-partner and some of the procedures which were no faults of Lisa’s, but she handled them brilliantly. If there were any issues or concerns I had she was always available to telephone and email, which was spot on.
Q: How would you describe the process from start to finish?
A: It was good, obviously it was a very worrying time for me, but there was always support from Lisa throughout. If I had any issues in filling out any of the forms she was always there if I needed any help, which was great.
Q: How do you feel now your case has been settled?
A: I feel very relieved as it was quite a stressful year for me, but it was obviously all worth it in the end. I feel about 10 years younger!
Q: If you were to recommend Lisa to a friend or family member, what would you say to them?
A: I would definitely recommended Lisa to friends or family; she was brilliant and always kept me up to date with what was happening throughout. I would be happy to pass on the Bray & Bray telephone number.
