Client Interview: Mr Lawton, Market Harborough

Q: How did you come across Bray & Bray?

A: We first used Bray & Bray for our conveyancing, after our Estate Agents recommended them to us.

Q: What were your first impressions of the person that dealt with your case?

A: At first impression, we could see that Andy was helpful, friendly, efficient and competent.

Q: What did Andy do for you?

A: Andy helped us to get joint Powers of Attorney.  We decided Powers of Attorney were a good thing to have in place, because I’d recently been ill and we wanted to make sure that my wife was able to deal with things if I couldn’t.

Q: How would you describe the process from start to finish?

A: Andy was very clear and it was all pretty straightforward.  We knew that we could do Powers of Attorneys ourselves, but after having our first conversation with Andy we decided it would be far easier and better, in case we did anything wrong; to spend a couple of hundred pounds to get it done properly.

Q: What would you say makes Bray & Bray different to other law firms that you have used in the past?

A: Bray & Bray are definitely on the ball.  Andy moved things on quickly and didn’t need any nagging.  He was very friendly and made it all very manageable.  Fundamentally, it’s 10 out of 10 from me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
