Bray and Bray secured compensation for a woman from Leicester who suffered injuries in a collision with another car that occurred when she was driving a vehicle as part of her employment. The other vehicle left the scene of the accident and was never traced.

As a result of the impact on the driver’s side of the vehicle our client suffered whiplash and soft tissue injuries, as well as hearing loss and tinnitus caused by her head making contact with the window.

Our approach

We were instructed to take on the case after our client became unhappy with the focus of her previous solicitors, who had failed to gather the right evidence. We arranged tests to demonstrate the client’s tinnitus and other issues, and also arranged for hearing aids and tinnitus maskers to be provided.

A successful outcome

After negotiation we won a payout 3.5 times higher than the level of compensation put forward by our client’s previous legal representatives.
