Bray & Bray is delighted to announce that Philip Baldwin, Wills, Trusts & Probate solicitor, has passed his Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) examination in Trusts and Estates Accounting. This was his final examination and he will now be awarded the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates, and will become a fully STEP accredited member of our private client team.
STEP is considered by many in the industry to be the gold standard qualification for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. STEP members help families plan for their futures. Full STEP members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience.
Andrew Hitchon, Head of Wills, Trusts & Probate at Bray & Bray said: “On behalf of the whole firm, I’d like to congratulate Philip on his brilliant achievement in obtaining the STEP qualification. The accreditation is testament to his hard work and commitment, as well as his passion for providing excellent client service at all times.
“We are aiming for all of our Wills, Trusts & Probate solicitors to be fully STEP accredited as TEPs are equipped to provide the best advice on the most sophisticated expressions of property holding and transmission, meaning that our clients can be confident we have reached the exacting standards required.”
He added: “STEP also issues knowledge and technical assistance to its members, so TEPs will always be up to date with the latest legal, technical and regulatory developments that may affect clients and their situations.”
