Phillip specialises in a broad range of commercial property work. He joined Bray & Bray from Harvey Ingram Owston where he primarily dealt with investment property and sales and options of land for development. Phillip now deals mainly with sales and purchases of investment property and management of investment portfolios, with a significant proportion of work for pension funds buying and selling commercial property whilst still dealing with the sale and acquisition of land for development and conditional contracts and options.
