Bake off raises money for Leicester charity TwentyTwenty

Today Bray & Bray Solicitors held a mini Bake-Off at their head office on Humberstone Road.

The purpose of the Bake-Off was not only to show off the firm’s culinary skills and provide something tasty to brighten up Monday afternoon, but also to raise money for its chosen charity Twenty Twenty, which is located both on Charles Street in Leicester and also in Loughborough.  Twenty Twenty helps hundreds of disadvantaged and disengaged young people to develop self-belief and motivation, achieve in education, learn work ready skills and attitudes and to find and keep good jobs.

Catherine North, Commercial Property Solicitor at Bray & Bray organised the event and comments on its success: “I’d highly recommend this type of internal event to any business; we had a fantastic amount of people support Twenty Twenty by entering into the contest and even more coming to buy the entries afterwards!”

The winning cake was a chocolate fudge, marshmallow and malteaser cake made by Office Junior Grace Mason.
