Trainee Solicitors

The opportunity has arisen for training contracts for 2 people to join Bray & Bray as part of our team based at our Leicester Office.

2. Training and exposure to clients

  • Core legal disciplines;
  • The opportunity to work with a range of clients from small businesses through to those with national and international presence, as well as high net worth individuals;
  • You will gain hands on experience whilst being supported by your supervisor the whole way.

3. Your skills and qualifications

You must:

  • be an LPC graduate;
  • have a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • have the ability to demonstrate initiative with a solid attention to detail;
  • have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills;

4. Salary and Benefits

We offer a starting salary of £23,000 for the first year of training with 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure giving all staff that well needed rest over the festive period. In addition, staff are also able to join the firm’s workplace pension scheme and non-contributory BUPA healthcare scheme. We also make a contribution to eye tests and glasses.   

5. Where would you be based?

The role is primarily based at our Leicester Spa Place office though you may need to work at our other offices from time to time. All travel expenses to other offices would be reimbursed to you.

We are looking for a joining date of September 2022 if not before, and the application process will consist of 2 stages following the initial submitting of a CV and cover letter, which will include a written exercise and in-person interview.
